Assisting with writing captions and developing post ideas for single posts, carousels, and short-form videos, all in the brand's voice and tailored to each platform.

Creating and adapting on-brand graphics in Canva, using the brand's colors, fonts, and style to keep feeds polished and consistent.

Writing, formatting, and scheduling newsletters and email campaigns in Mailchimp, and keeping subscriber lists organized.

Community Management

Responding to comments, DMs, Google reviews, and enquiries promptly and in the brand's voice, so no message goes unanswered. Also open to moderating and managing communities on other platforms, such as Discord.
