I worked at Maker 360 as an outsourced marketing partner, handling the marketing and communications support for its client, MICCI (Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry). I supported both online and offline activities to share business updates, promote events, maintain brand consistency, and manage communication with MICCI's professional audience and community on social media.

Social Media Management

Created and scheduled content, managed platforms, and engaged with MICCI's professional community.

Content Creation & Brand Consistency

Designed visual content and developed copy for business updates, announcements, and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand identity.

Email Marketing & Communications

Supported the creation and sending of newsletters and EDMs to members and business partners.

Event Promotion & Offline Support

Created promotional materials and supported business matching, webinars, networking events, and other MICCI initiatives.

Community Management & Engagement

Maintained active communication with members, stakeholders, and the wider business community on social media.

Design & Video Editing

Created design materials for brochures, event promotions, book covers, and digital banners. Also edited video content for seasonal campaigns and special occasions.
